Granit Gjonbalaj, CEO
Before founding Spaxel and Odyssey, Granit served as Chief Development Officer at WeWork, leading global real estate operations and a 3,000-person team. He also previously founded and led UA Builders and Propco.
Prior to founding Spaxel and Odyssey, Ben was part of the founding team and a general partner at IA Ventures, and was research analyst and Head of Strategic Partners at Dayah Capital (Millennium Management).
Glenn is a CPA and serves Spaxel’s CFO leading finance, asset management operations, and property management. Prior to founding Spaxel and Odyssey, Glenn was manager at KPMG and ran a CFO consulting firm.
Jimmy is a founder of Spaxel and Odyssey. Jimmy has 15+ years of experience in construction and project management, overseeing all construction functions, including operations, staffing, and client accounts.
Dren is the Regional Lead of the Kosovo office, overseeing all operations as well as the Property Management division. Dren graduated from the University of Prishtina and holds a bachelors degree in Economics.
Rona is the Senior HR Director at Spaxel and Odyssey, leading HR operationsacross the U.S. and Kosovo. Educated in London and Greece, she brings deep perspective recruiting and leading international teams.
